Residents of the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom should also read our GDPR page. California residents should also read our CCPA page.

2. Information we collect

Account information. Username, email address and password (stored in hashed form by our platform). If you sign in with Google, we receive the name and email address Google shares with us.

Order information. The services you select, the video or channel links and target keywords you submit, quantities, order history, account balance and transaction records.

Payment information. Payments are handled by third-party payment providers (for example PayTR and card networks). We do not store full card numbers. We receive confirmation, amount, status and limited identifiers needed to credit your balance and keep accounting records.

Support communications. Messages and tickets you send us, and your email address.

Rank Checker. The video URL or ID and the keyword you enter are sent to a server-side function that queries YouTube search and returns your position. No account is required. The keyword you enter is also recorded as an analytics event.

Automatic information. IP address, approximate location, device and browser type, pages viewed, referring page and timestamps, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

3. Cookies, analytics and advertising measurement

We use the following technologies on the Sites:

  • Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics (cookies such as _ga and _ga_*) to understand how the Sites are used.
  • Google Ads conversion measurement (cookies such as _gcl_au) to measure how our advertising performs.
  • Google Sign-In (cookie g_state) if you choose to sign in with Google.
  • Session and preference storage needed to keep you logged in and remember settings.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, and manage Google ad personalization at adssettings.google.com. Blocking some cookies may affect how the Sites work.

4. How we use information

  • To create and manage your account and process your orders and payments.
  • To provide support and send service messages (order status, security notices).
  • To prevent fraud, abuse and security incidents.
  • To operate and improve the Sites and the Rank Checker.
  • To measure and improve our marketing.

5. How we share information

We share personal information only as needed with:

  • Payment providers that process your payments.
  • Google (Analytics, Tag Manager, Ads measurement and Sign-In).
  • Hosting, content delivery and serverless providers that run the Sites and the Rank Checker function (for example Netlify and content delivery networks).
  • Authorities and advisers when required by law or to protect our rights, users or the public.
  • A successor if we are involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.

We do not sell your personal information for money. See our CCPA page for how California law treats advertising-related sharing.

6. Retention

We keep personal information while your account is active and as long as needed to provide the services, keep financial and tax records, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your account and data (see section 9), subject to records we are legally required to keep.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and hashed passwords. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

The Sites are not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing.
